Aries

As a fiery, progressive thinking Aries, your normal tempo is supercharged compared to most of your friends (with the possible exception of your Leo and Sagittarian cohorts). Right now even you are likely to be having difficulty keeping up with you. This month ups the pace even more and now you are likely to know what it means when the word hyper drive is applied to life! It is possible that your go-getter tendencies have led you into the realms of unreality. In other words even the most energetic and independent Ram may be wondering “what was I thinking?” Take a moment. Consider your priorities and stick only to them. You are not pausing because you necessarily need to, but rather so that your long-bearing loved ones don’t dig in their heels. Once you have considered your options then take one step at a time in the direction that all Aries know best – FORWARD!

Taurus

This is an excellent month for getting your house in order. This could mean literally tidying, fixing, decorating, renovating or even moving your home. However, it may also mean that you are able to enjoy spending some time at home, either alone or with family members. You may feel more reclusive than usual, or perhaps your confinement is forced upon you. Family members may be demanding more time and attention than you are happily willing to give. This is not the month for your customary Taurean bull-headedness. You need to put your own needs on hold while you offer comfort, solace and support to others. In other words you need to move out of your own comfort zone in order to embrace changes in your home and family life.

Gemini

Your wit is sharp, razor sharp at the best of times. This month you are at your sparkling best. Your friends and colleagues are likely to see more of you as your social life picks up pace. Your mind is focussed, and you are keen to communicate your thoughts, ideas and plans. This is an excellent period for making plans, discussing ideas and promoting your ideas. Right now you are a natural born salesperson. However, you need to make sure that your sharp tongue and mind are not too cutting. Quick wit is one thing, but humour can be cruel. Be sure that your intellect is tempered with understanding, compassion and perhaps a little self-deprecating humility! This is an excellent time to pursue a hobby as an outlet for your skills. You could consider fencing, chess, debating, writing, acting or public-speaking.

Cancer

Money matters. Usually you are more focussed on your loved ones, nurturing those around you and considering your contribution to your nearest and dearest, or even humanity as a whole. You rarely ask “what’s in it for me’? However, this month you are seriously pondering a change of direction, and your income is part of the impetus. You may be considering changing profession because of a lack of financial security, or so that you can earn more income. You may not be thinking of yourself. Your impetus may be consideration for someone else or an external influence. Perhaps you feel you have been patient for long enough. Whatever the reason, this is a moment in your life when you count your pennies, count your blessings and then decide where to next?

Leo

One of the most enduring qualities of a Leo is the ability to know something’s true worth. The sunny Leo knows their own true worth and is able to see the best in all around them. This is one of the reasons why so many people pay homage to the positive and optimistic Kings and Queens of the Zodiac. This month you are being tested. On the one hand the planets Uranus and Jupiter are in a neighbouring Fire sign giving you a boost, helping you set your goals in new directions. On the other hand the planets Saturn and Mars are stepping on the brakes. So right now you may feel that your ability to gain something of worth is slipping through your fingers. Delays and frustrations are only temporary. You know that anything that is worth getting is worth waiting for and working towards. Like a Lion ready to pounce on its prey you know exactly how to time your pursuit of a prize.

Virgo

If only all of the other lesser mortals could get it right then your life would vastly improve. Correct? Not this month. Right now it is time for a change of mind, a different approach and new tricks. Your old methods have been sorely tested over the past few years. In some ways you have been stuck. The planet Saturn has been in your Zodiac Sign enforcing delays and frustrations as you fulfil duties. For the responsible and diligent Virgoans this may have felt more than a little unfair. The lessons learnt in recent times will stand you in good stead for a long, long time. Perhaps the primary one has been to truly consider how you would like, or are required, to use your skills to be of service to the world. If you have the answer to this question then you are now undoubtedly ready to move forward with your plans and can expect changes. If not, then this is the month to learn something new.

Libra

The planet Saturn is in the Sign of Libra heralding new opportunities. For other Signs this planet can be somewhat onerous, however; the steadying Saturn has much to offer the dilly-dallying Libran. For once you are likely to know your own mind, and avoid trying to please everyone but yourself. As a result areas of your life come into focus and you are able to create the peace, harmony and justice that you so heartily desire. Not for others, but for yourself. Structure, security and fair dealings are highlighted. You are a grand master or mistress of being able to see other people’s points of view, but this month step by step you are likely to become clearer in your own mind and heart, and find the strength to stand still in your own truth.

Scorpio

What is it about Scorpios? Why do you get such a bad rap? Why do you always end up in the middle of everyone else’s squabbles? Why do you get the brunt of the blame and then have to administer the necessary sting to stop the trouble? Have you ever considered this? If not then this month you will. It is not that you are setting out to look for trouble, but sorry to say it may find you this month. As a result you would do well to lay low, as much as possible. You do not have to fight other people’s battle. All you have to do is stand firm in your own truth and integrity. This is easier said than done sometimes. Unfortunately you are often correct, but this is cold comfort when things turn out as badly as you warned they would. This is your month for keeping quiet, staying out of trouble and seriously considering your own options. This can apply to any area of your life, but particularly anything linked with the public or your profession.

Sagittarius

Yabba Dabbo Do! It’s party time. The last month or so has been far too serious. Now the Sun is in another playful Fire Sign Leo. The expansive and exciting planets Jupiter and Uranus are in your go-getting Fire Sign cousin Aries. As a result all fun-loving Sagittarians are raring to go. This is the month to let your hair down and have some fun, particularly if you have been too serious of late. You are likely to walk, if not run, away from anything that has ceased to be enjoyable. If it is not fun, then why do it? The only exception is an income-earning enterprise which then gives you the money to pay for the fun. There is very little serious contemplation to be done right now. You benefit more from continuing with previous decisions, and making the most of your current enterprises.

Capricorn

Seriously, you are too serious. At least that’s what others sometime think. Right now you are likely to be having the last laugh. Ideas, plans and projects are coming to fruition and your hard work is starting to pay off. Seasons come and seasons go and right now you are reaping the rewards from past efforts. Of course you may have a little fine tuning, and some more work, but you are likely to be deeply satisfied with the results of your efforts. As is often the case, success brings more success. Therefore you need to remain flexible. Rigidity right now is likely to threaten your hard work. The planets are aligning to shake things up. Steady Capricorns can provide structure and shelter for others, who are buffeted by the fates but only if you remain accommodating, compassionate and caring.

Aquarius

Relationships are a focus this month. If you are single then you may consider your current status. Would you like to share your life with a partner? As an independent Aquarians you may decide to continue on your own journey without a committed partner. If you are in a relationship then your partner is likely to be the focus during the course of this month. Perhaps you are required to support a partner’s project, or important moment in the Sun. On the other hand you may be considering your commitment in a new light. Communication is the key. You benefit from anything that helps you connect with other people, voice your own opinion and view things in a new light.

Pisces

Health is an important aspect of life. As is often quoted, “without your health you have nothing”. This month it is time for you to focus on your own wellbeing. You don’t have to be unwell in order to improve your health. Rather you can ask yourself questions such as: ” What do I enjoy doing on a daily basis?” What activities help me to feel more vital? What activities sap my energy? As you ponder these questions you may also like to make some adjustments to your diet, exercise, habits and attitudes. Mental health is also an important facet of life. As such you may like to listen to music, watch an uplifting television program or film instead of worrying about money, loved ones, responsibilities and other such concerns. This month you can find inspiration in the little things in life.
